Service was super easy. Appointment was 2:00 and that's when they started. They said one hour and it took 45 minutes. Very pleased.

I've never had luck with service dept. Others have. One body job quote on hail damage said one week. Took 3 1/2 weeks

I've had nothing but great service from there. Recall took a bit longer then expected, but they also had quite a few vehicles to take care of and kept me aware of what was happening. This time was told the wait would be 2 hours, only took 30 minutes. The guy at the service desk was very apologetic and asked if could take me somewhere if the wait was as long as anticipated. I'd have to say they all work together to make sure the customer is satisfied.
