The store closes at 9 PM the cashier had to unlock the front door to let me out at 8:53 PM. They refused to let the three people standing in the parking lot wanting to come in to grab last minute items into the store stating that they were closed before 9 PM.

I'm not sure. The address is 5008 NE Parvin. They've been short staffed and I think a few homeless people hang out in that area. It just looks horrible. All the other stores in that area clean the trash in front of their store's. General Dollar is the only one slacking. Lol.
Probably can just choose a store nearby and call and ask if item available.
