I was very disappointed with the customer service. As soon as I walked in the store the lady behind the counter gestured for me to hand over my MK purse. I understand that they have an oversized bag restriction sign on the door but a general size limit is a matter of opinion and my bag is definitely not oversized. She then continues to harass me about my purse as I walk out the door. It made me feel like I couldn't trust the store as if she was going to steal my purse. Having a bag limit is completely ridiculous unless you're going to post specific sizes rather than just calling out random customers who have purses that are in THEIR OPINION too big. It's just Dollar General, who do they think they are?

This place used to be a trash dump with rude staff HOWEVER since they have recently remodeled you can actually find stuff!! They also have more than one person working the register now!!

Most of the time its bc staffing is short only get truck once a week and when u have only 2 ppl on staff its hard to get out 1800 to 2000 pieve truck on your reciepts there are customer service surveys take advantahe of those store managers actually do see your comments it may help this perticular store to maybe employ or add staffing on truck days if they get enough comments about it hope this helps 😊
