Everytime I shop at this location I can't get to merchandise for all the boxes in the aisle. Merchandise not on shelves always in boxes blocking the shelves

I carry a small backpack as my purse. I'm not a purse girl. Plus I take the bus so my small backpack helps with carrying my tools that I use at my job, etc.. On my way to work I stopped by this store to grab a couple items, I've offered before to put my bag behind the counter but I've been told more than twice I can keep it on me so that's what I did this time like I normally do. I went in there to get three things and checkout, but I was stopped by a woman who was very offensive in the way she spoke to me.I'm a regular here I live a block away, and when you're a paying customer EVERYTIME it's hurtful to be targeted for whatever reason. Maybe because of my tattoos??? The way I dress??? Or what??? It's just rude and ignorant. I won't ever be returning.
