Rode in for a single item and was told by a rude cashier that I had to leave my backpack behind her counter. Apparently purses are good to go but a backpack is somehow a different matter. I've never been to another store in the area that asked me to hand over my backpack to someone I don't know to shop at their store.

HORRIBLE. Dirty looking staff, unpleasant smells, unorganized shelves and just messy store overall not to even mention the parking lot

I feel bad for the staff because I know they are worked hard, especially since there’s always only 2 working at a time and one cashier. However, the lines are always long. The aisle are always cluttered with boxes of items that need to be stocked which leaves inadequate room to navigate. There are rarely any carts or baskets, which is probably because they don’t get returned but also because they are in the aisle with items that haven’t been placed on shelves. Whenever I come in with a list, it never fails that 3-4 of my items are not on the shelf. Lastly, the parking lot floods when it rains and is often littered with trash. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but it’s been at least 3 years if this foolishness. I always say I’m going to call corporate on them but like I said earlier, I feel bad for the workers. Not because they’re nice, but they are never outwardly rude.
