AVOID THIS PLACE AND GO TO VAPETOKZ ON 103RD AND STATE-LINE! My wallet was stolen by someone in this establishment “smokers Heaven” as I walked out with it on the counter; no one behind me or near me and I walked back in not even 60 seconds later and it was gone. When I asked where it was, they conveniently stopped being able to speak English. Unfortunate because I was spending hundreds of dollars here every other day. I tried to go again a couple days ago… these women had no clue what they were doing. I asked for a particular product in which they gave me the wrong strength but same price. Okay I noticed when I got home, put it back in the bag, unopened and the next day this man would not swap it out. So, you have thieves working there; but god forbid you take a sealed product that is still sealed and not tampered with and give me the correct product. That’s when I knew, this place is a huge scam, fraud, thieving establishment. VAPETOKZ is right now the street and there is their smoke shop right next door. They obviously have way better items and the store in general is much better. I went to smokers Heaven one last time bedause they are slightly cheaper (but they do not let you use a bonus system) so considering all of that… go to the better establishment and you will get wonderful customer service. They swapped out what I hadn’t even bought there. I proceeded to spend about it 300 dollars. I go to the smoktoks and VAPETOKZ and spend over a hundred dollars every other day. And their bonus system rocks. Go there and F THIS SMOKERS HELLLLLL!

We should but definitely call the shop to make sure we have them in stock before you make the drive.
Our staff continues to wear facemasks and we require them for our customers as well. The store is cleaned multiple times per day and social distancing is required.
