My daughter in law and I visited this location since we just moved close and the ladies there were so helpful and friendly. I have been to about 3 other locations and I can say this was the best experience I've had. I wish I would have gotten their names because they deserve recognition.

I'm disappointed by this Ulta location. While I was greeted and asked if I needed any help it was my experiences with 2 employees that were disappointing. I had my 8 month old with me and one employee, someone I've obviously never met, came over and said hello to my child and then started touching her. She even touched her face. You should never touch someone you don't know especially a child with covid still around. When I did ask another employee a question she didn't seem interested in helping find a similar one to the product they don't carry. Overall just disappointing.

Anymore I just prefer other locations. Ward typically has pretty ok employees, but I have had a few experiences where I feel like I'm bothering the employees by asking them to help. It Cosmetics CC cream broke me out horribly (allergic hives not acne) so I wanted to sample a couple other brands to see what would work. They offered to color match me, made me wait 5 minutes for someone to come just to tell me they don't sample. So completely ignored what I was asking for and just wanted to match me. I don't think they know their product lines, I haven't been able trust their recs because they seem ill-informed. I am missing that Sephora special touch. Switching back to my ever faithful and helpful Sephora.
