If you're looking for low cost occupational medicine, such as a DOT medical certification, you're at the right place !!! It's around $50 to $70 depending on one or two years and it may be a piece of paper instead of a card. Bring cash if you want to avoid paying a small debit card fee !!! Or have an account and bring patience !!! They are short on staff to keep overhead and Prices down.
