Just awful. I rang first and was told to come in immediately as it was "pretty quite". Six minutes later I was there facing a three hour wait. The reception staff couldn't care less despite me being very polite and asking why didn't they tell me about the probable wait time when I called. It was the attitude of the staff that disappointed me as I know, post Covid, medical people are stressed. But please be kind, speak as if you DO give a sh..t. I would never recommend these people to any international traveller.

I went in for a pre employment drug test, WITH A BROKEN Leg & was treated horribly! It’s almost like the staff assumed I was faking & I felt it. On top of having a broken leg & using a walker I could not pee enough to satisfy the nurse. She kept throwing out what little I gave & was rushing me to move more quickly. I’ve done tests like that before with no issues. I’m pretty sure the broken leg along with the assuming & unhelpful environment was the worst combo for me. One star is a generous review. Later in the week I was able to get tested at my Dr office & oddly enough there were no issues.

The staff, Doctor’s assistant, and the doctor we’re all excellent! The doctors assistant was very patient with me and helped me through the experience. The doctor had two, I believe unscheduled injuries come in, but still took the time to get me up as soon as possible. Not only that, but he also informed me that my Nuclear Stress Test certification is good for two years. Before this visit I did not know that. He will save me at least $1500 a year with that bit of information. I want to tell the doctor thank you I really appreciate it!

I arrived at about 6:40M to do a drug test. There were two people called before me once they were done the staff had a huddle. I asked if i had to sit through the meeting and staff indicated that it was a huddle. I sat through the huddle which was about 15-20min instead of being serviced. Customers should come first and should still be serviced. After the huddle i was late to work and had to run to do the test just to use the restroom and conduct the test from holding my bladder.
