Scheduled an appointment for my wife to get her phone upgraded. When she got to the store, the representative was extremely rude then told her they did not have any phones. He said customer service does not know their inventory even though they told us they had enough in stock. Told her next time call the store directly but the only number listed is a local number that does not go to the store. Im beginning to doubt the decision to switch to Verizon.

Went in to get a new phone after my screen broke on my old one. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the service was quick! He also put the screen protector on with no bubbles, which I can never do. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Verizon store!
