You get what you pay for. Hornets still build nests in our deck, despite them treating bimonthly, and fire ants are constantly an issue despite them treating the lawn bimonthly. Enjoy paying the extra money for the callouts. Another frustrating thing is the came during an absolute downpour one time. They treated for spiders, and came back and treated for ants a few days after the rain, but as far as I'm aware didn't treat anything else as far as hornets go. Edit Aug 16 2021: I was contacted and someone was dispatched to address the issues. No complaints, and happy to have the issues resolved in a timely manner. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional and polite. Review changed from 2 to 4 stars. Edit Sept 15 2022: The new updated "our products work so well" is an absolute scam. They are literally taking the same payment, for less service, and more pests than before. I can actually suggest against them at this point as I have had webs and spiders in the all outdoor dusted areas, as well as a significant amount of pests and bugs within 15 of the house. Seriously, consider an alternative to this. I'm back to the "You get what you pay for" camp. Even the week after a service specifically requesting a problem with the driveway, the pests were back doing the exact same thing. Absolutely I would look at alternatives in your area. I am now as well.
