Absolutely outstanding customer service and knowledge. Had a car with an unknown amount of work done to it really throwing me through a loop. Called and talked with the service writer and he got me in contact with Kevin. After discussing what the car was doing and going through the list of what we knew had been modified, Kevin responded with a spot on diagnosis. We got the parts and BOOM! Problem solved. Not only did he lead us in the right direction but he saved us from spending about $2700 for a simple software/hardware compatability issue.

Very honest and straight forward. Would recommend this shop to everyone within driving distance. Have tried multiple shops in my immediate area of Charlotte but could not find anyone who could perform repairs at Apex Tuning's level.
