Went in to purchase a bike for my son. He had already picked it out online, so I pretty much knew what I was looking for going in. Happy they had the bike and it was ready to go. Service was ok but not anything special- a lot of one word answers to questions and no pleasantness. I didn't really feel very welcome or that my business appreciated.

Hey John - thanks for contacting us. We are happy to install standard bicycle parts supplied by the customer at our stated labor rates. Unfortunately, E-bike upgrades are excluded from this service. We are only able to provide service on the E-bikes we sell. Thank you for checking with us.
Thanks for your questions! We are not currently renting bikes at any of our Bicycle Chain locations. Unfortunately, we also do not have any demo bikes to try out.

You should be able to call but usually its difficult to give an accurate estimate without seeing the bike.
