Friendly and helpful employees. Has had most of what I've needed. Layout makes sense and is fairly simple to find things. I do wish there were sales on the quality tools more frequently. ** Update ** Continue to be fairly well stocked, though there have been a couple times lately when the tool I needed was out of stock, so I had to change my plans or go elsewhere.

I'm pretty confident that you can rent a carpet cleaner at the Home Depot on Strickland Boulevard in North Raleigh. This is the only place I know of.
