Yes you have to live in Apex to be able to shop there, but you can go there every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11 am to 2 pm to collect some bread, cakes and random stuff, they don't want to know who you are and where you are coming from. You just enter take what you need and go.
No. their food comes from local grocers. there is no drop-off.
