It's two shifts one at 12:15 one at 1:15
If you have physical meat, you can contact the mosque and get information of registered refugees. You can also donate to the local homeless shelter.

Wa laikum salaam, this is not an easy task to accomplish. Make lots of dua first, and I would suggest you talk with the Imam at the mosque to inquire if any sister is available that is a good match for you.
