I have never been treated so dismissively by a doctor in my life. This man has no bedside manor or compassion. He only cares about if you're an easy surgical case so he can line his pockets. I've been in debilitating pain with my knee and was told I need a replacement. However, I'm too young and my bmi is too high so no surgeon will touch me, or so I was told. He suggested a brace and some injections instead. I started crying at the thought of living with this pain/not being able to walk and he just ran out of the room like he didn't give a care in the world that I was crying. You're in the wrong profession Dr. Shah, get off your high horse.

Overwhelmed by the support my mother received by Dr. Shah and the staff this practice. To start, the operations of the office are first class - easy check-in and quickly went into the exam room. After reviewing x-rays, Dr. Shah provided treatment for short-term relief and also advised on long-term solution. Exception health-care provider!

I have set up 4 appointments with Dr Shah for my mother. The first time, we waited an hour because he was running late. The second time 2 weeks prior, he canceled the appointment and had us reschedule. The third time, the week of he canceled and rescheduled. Now the fourth time he canceled the day before. The first time after waiting an hour, he spent about 10 minutes with her and told her it's because she is getting old and that her knee was inflamed. The second time, he did not even show and had his assistant who had no clue why my mother was there. Honestly, save your time and find a more professional doctor who actually cares.

I was underwhelmed by the care I received from Dr. Shah. He diagnosed me with a torn meniscus in my left knee in May 2021. Throughout the month of May I had been doing physical therapy which didn’t seem to be helping. He suggested that I wind down physical therapy, however when I asked him what all of the looseness and cracking sensations were in my knee he told me that it was due to the muscles atrophying. In my mind I was wondering why he would’ve suggested leaving physical therapy if the muscles in my leg had atrophied and were causing pain. In general I just didn’t feel that I was really a priority and that every visit was rushed. He also recommended doing a type of surgery to remove the torn piece of the meniscus rather than mend it back together which makes you prone to osteoarthritis later in life. This wasn’t conveyed to me until I sought another opinion. I can’t say I was impressed.
