Don't do it. Apartments are unkept. They do not charge a deposit fee instead they charge 30 extra on top of rent which they keep. They are not using this money to fix apartments.The counters have hideous black stains on them as they are granite which is quite expensive so they will not replace them so you are stuck with black counters that are supposed to be brown. They charge for internet on top of rent also, it was not working upon move in though it was paid for it took 2 weeks to fix. There is no where to move in at. They have no place for a moving truck or van to park to unload items. Your best bet is a pod that can fit in normal parking space. But good look with that if you have more than a one bedroom. Bathroom was super dirty upon move and side of sink which is wood was coming off. The water does not get hot I tested and it maxes at about 107-110 degree though the water heater states it' ls 140 degree but is not. Hard to sanitize dishes with such low temperature makes the dishwasher useless as well as not enough heat to tackle dirt. Rent in general everywhere in this area is over priced and this is one of least expensive places so expect to get the least expensive service. There is limited parking, you can pay 150 or 75 to park in the parking garage but the catch is most spots will not be close to your building and you would need to use steps so if you have anything to carry your best bet is to pull Infront of your building drop it off and then park, not ideal. Apartment layout has odd door chocies and layout which I should have payed more attention to when they gave us the show Apt tour which is a lot cleaner then the one you will actually move into. The layout doesn't allow you to maximize your space walls with multiple door where there need not be so you can't use them to place anything against them and things of that nature leave you with out space that's poor planning on the desgin of the apetments. I would recommend paying an extra 400 or 500 for one of the other apartment places in this area and get a more quality place. With cleaner apartments better parking, services and appliances. All in all you get the feeling everytime you pay rent you are being taken advantage of but that is just my feeling. The rest are facts. Good things are pet friendly and friendly neighbors not to loud and has a gym right across the street. Not far from any major road way can get to NY quick as well as west Jersey and upstate. Great restaurants not far away. Down side no grocery stores in area must hit highway for any major stores
