Dr. Lisa Barrows approaches therapy first as an engaged reader. Her thirst to listen is measureless, treating the ordinary trials of life as an exquisite novel. But she is by no means passive -- she intervenes thoughtfully through framing, advice and even homework. I could not provide a higher recommendation for a compassionate, transformational therapist.

Dr. Nadine O'Reilly is a caring professional who believes in making a difference. My one daughter took to her immediately and looked forward to visits. She made a tremendous and positive impact on her life. My other daughter was against therapists very close mouthed but she needed help. After one session she was willing to go back. While still hesitant the third visit I heard laughing and talking coming from the room. She builds a relationship of trust and is funny and amazing. My family wouldn’t be where we are today without her. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Dr. O’Reilly gets it. After shopping around for therapists for a long time, I’m only two sessions in and I know she’s my person. She’s thoughtful, she really hears you, she reads between the lines, and she’s not afraid to ask the question you may not want to hear. A godsend! I have made so much progress and realizations already. I look forward to growing and learning from her.

I would highly recommend Dr.O’Reilly to anyone who needed. She has helped me through some of the worst times, when nothing was helping me. Nadine changed my life 100%. Just one session, after a terrible week, leaves me feeling relieved with a better mindset for whatever is going on. No words can express how thankful I am for everything she has done.

We recommend weekly to start. Once we've got a handle on things, we can taper back to twice a month or monthly. We don't see clients any less frequently than once a month.

Just a few pages with your info, insurance, and a little bit of background. Also, you'll need to sign and agree to our Practice Policies, Notice of Privacy, and Informed Consent before we begin treatment.
