Quiet, well maintained complex. Steve the property manager really keeps an eye on things and responds quickly. Roberto and Ivan are awesome. Well situated right up the hill from town, this location is a convenient walk to everywhere. Here six years and still love it!

Living here three years and very happy. I just wish that they’d have a few covered bike racks on the premises that people can chain and leave their bike outside so I don’t have to keep bringing it up into my apartment, Steven the manager is great. He goes beyond to be helpful. Same with Roberto and Ivan. They are the BEST. Also, it would be really nice if we had an enclosed area for my dog to run and play with other dogs. Considering how dog-friendly this complex is, that would be amazing.

Bad attitude from the leasing office. They just want to hang up my call ASAP. Tried to reach out to schedule a tour for several times but hard to find a person who can really do this. Main office was nice to me.

*Dentist Office has a space there. (I know Im reviewing... Dental Space on your Property). * Nice area mixed in with residential living. *Dentist Office on this Property and Staff are patient, knowledgeable and does great work, when they are opened. Keep your clients in the loop if Dental Offices will be closed, callbacks would be nice..etc. ***Stay Passionated ***Stay Safe

The process is quick and easy. 1. Rental Application: This is a release form authorizing a credit check and background to be performed. 2. Documentation of gross income: One or more of the following examples may be required as proof of income. Note: This not a complete list, but examples of a few of the documents accepted. (Last two consecutive pay stubs, official signed offer letter of employment stating yearly gross salary, most recent tax return, signed letter from a certified public accountant.) 3. Photo ID: Valid government issued ID. 4. Non-refundable fee of $50 per applicant. 5. $250 Initial Deposit: If approved this will be applied as a credit towards your security deposit. If we are not able to approve your application the $250 will be refunded. The balance of the security must be paid and the lease signed within 7 days of approval. If the process is not completed in that time, the $250 will be forfeit, and the apartment will be placed back on the market.
