The process is quick and easy. 1. Rental Application: This is a release form authorizing a credit check and background to be performed. 2. Documentation of gross income: One or more of the following examples may be required as proof of income. Note: This not a complete list, but examples of a few of the documents accepted. (Last two consecutive pay stubs, official signed offer letter of employment stating yearly gross salary, most recent tax return, signed letter from a certified public accountant.) 3. Photo ID: Valid government issued ID. 4. Non-refundable fee of $50 per applicant. 5. $250 Initial Deposit: If approved this will be applied as a credit towards your security deposit. If we are not able to approve your application the $250 will be refunded. The balance of the security must be paid and the lease signed within 7 days of approval. If the process is not completed in that time, the $250 will be forfeit, and the apartment will be placed back on the market.
