Terrible customer service from staff. Doctors are very good but you can’t see the doctor unless you first deal with the staff who make appointments/deal with prescriptions. I was so fed up today when I called and wasn’t getting any response to my simple question: when will my prescription be refilled? The person was rude, not understanding, and couldn’t care any less. I told her that I may switch doctor offices if this is the treatment I’m getting and she said: go ahead. I (and three family members) will not go to this office anymore and would rather go somewhere else. Train your staff Leonia Medical Associates!

I didn't even get to make an appointment, that's just how unprofessional these people are. They don't know how to answer a phone, or call back. And the lady on the other end could be more friendly. Also, why haven't they come into 2020 yet? We should be able to make appointments online. They need to catch up with the times. This place is unprofessional and I haven't even walked through the door. Probably for the best.
