People at desk and workers, nice and friendly. Hotel, dirty. Dark, dingy, carpet had not been vacuumed all day. Rooms dark and not really clean. Bathroom had blood drops on bathroom light switch, going down trim along sink. Bed covers dirty. Stained. Did not smell fresh. Took off cover and topper that was also stained. Sheets were clean. Place needs REAL updating.

Room was pretty gross. Carpet needs to be shampooed real good. Sheets had stains. TV was small and outdated. Pool area closed. Bad odor.

Savannah was very kind, professional and treated us like family. She was very helpful and they are lucky to have her as an employee. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for all your help.

The nearest place and reasonable price to stay when visiting the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament. Not the nicest place to stay! But the staff are so receptive friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was a one star rate😰😠. I itemized the discrepancies of the room hopeful that they'll fix it ASAP as its not healthy to put people in that Room 101. I have to commend Ms.Savannah shes very personable and truly a professional! Merry Christmas!
