This office is really not good and if I would give negative star I would. They are extremely slow and they do not follow up on what they were supposed to do. I had to chase them for 3 days and ending up not getting anything done

Looking back, my appointment at Englewood Orthopedic Associates was downright concerning. I came in suffering from extreme pain with a herniated disk. Dr. Khatri examined me, told me I would be given something for the pain and sent me off. I did not know that IMPORTANT: please read (1) the first thing I ABSOLUTELY should have been told was that “something for the pain” meant Opioids - This was not communicate to me and I was not asked about any of history with substances - if I started taking them when they were given to me, I would have been on “pain medication” for multiple months to manage Which brings me to my next point- (2) I was never told anything about physical therapy. This would have been EXTREMELY helpful in my recovery. It was the #1 think I needed to get better and it was not mentioned. This set me back multiple months and caused more extreme debilitating pain. This experience felt grossly overlooked and careless at a time where my health was at risk.

They really have the rudest and most disorganized front staff that make dealing with this office incredibly difficult and frustrating. Once you get past the front desk though doctors and PA’s are some of the best.
