I usually don't take the time to review places but!!!!!! definitely like the store and the manager at UPS a high ridge road the place What's packed with customers and he Automatically jump into action and help everybody out Thank you👍

Worst experience ever I do not recommend the store at all. In November I purchased an expensive phone, insured it and sent it 2 day service to my son in Florida. Five days later my son had still not received the phone so I contacted the store who informed me that the phone had been stolen somehow from the route. I was also informed that UPS does not like to play out claims so even though I had insured the phone it might take a while. I asked him to call me back to let me know what needed to happen. I received a no phone call so we called a few days later and was told at that point that my phone had disappeared somewhere in Kentucky. The store said submitted a claim and asked for a receipt or proof of the value of the phone which we sent. That was two weeks ago I have heard nothing. I am still out $800 for the phone and $55 for the shipping fees with no word from UPS and no responsibility taken.
