I will reiterate the comments on pleasant staff and atrocious customer management process. Line takes unacceptably long to move. Nothing unexpected from a government run operation though..

Staff is pleasant but the check in/out process is neglected and extremely inefficient, it is not unusual to spend an hour for a simple dump run
