Waited 20 mins for 3 sandwiches and one order of fries. Restaurant wasn’t even that busy and had plenty of staff, super slow unprofessional workers on their phone, playing around and eating when customers were waiting.

This was hand down the worst Arby's I've ever visited. I order a classic and bacon Swiss crispy chicken sandwich. Both came out extremely over cooked. The fries were old and excessively salted. I asked to have the sandwiches remade. They were brought back out and the food wasn't any better the second go around. It was apparent that they haven't filtered or changed the fryers in a while. The cashier was nice but thats the only thing this location had in the plus column. I was thoroughly disappointed.

At 1 point in time you were a 5 star after this last experience I'm having to change it to a 1star. I drove yesterday to see if I could eat inside then went somewhere else drove today(next day still same note). The French dip was barely warm. I get the whole doors shut. What I don't get is why was my sandwich cold?! I didn't take it back because I was already gone. Not cool

The first fish sandwich was cold and a rubbery texture as if it was old. I was told to bring it back and the second one was a mushy/powdered texture. The pictures are attached. I can’t explain it. My first time getting the fish sandwich and it was horrible and a waste of money. I added a chocolate chip cookie and a part of it was cold temperature and another part was really hot. Well the cookie literally crumbled into pieces when I took a small piece to taste it. I go to Arby’s all the time for cookies and I NEVER had a cookie that crumbled like this. It was in pieces. I will definitely try another Arby’s. This one was a very bad experience.
