Our nurse Christy has been there for quite awhile and takes the best care of us. She always explains everything in simple terms so that we comfortably understand our treatment plans. My family and I have been coming here for years. We have always been pleased no matter the problem. We have made them our primary care physicians.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The nurse, Tina Trivett should have been fired a long time ago. The way that she talks to people is completely unacceptable. If she hates her job so bad like she says, she needs to find a need one. I will never be back because of her.

Tina trivett was the rudest nurse I've ever came across in my life. I've never been treated the way she treated me today in office . I left in tears and still shaken up that was beyond ridiculous and I would avoid at all cost . Also they say it's a urgent care center but they charge you as a PCP Dr. Instead and without that knowledge was treated even worse bc I already have a PCP but was walking in like a urgent care patient . I cannot believe the way I was treated today and she needs to be held accountable for her actions of today even the Dr was in awe looking at this nurse who kept storming into the room literally she came in 5 times while the Dr was with me . Someone needs to speak to her and ask the Dr what she thought by her face expression even she was in disbelief just because you have a degree does not mean stay in that field seems it's time to retire or something . From the other reviews I see I am not the only one. Smh worst place to go bc of the nurse and that sad bc the Dr was nice . I hope this Dr finds a better work place . Also we can hear yak whispering the walls are thin . Smh

Had an appt at 10:15 arrived at 10 didn’t get brought back until until after 11. After being weighed was put in a storage room to have my blood pressure checked then was told to stay there until a room opened. After another 30 min of waiting the tall blonde haired wanna be nurse came in and said oh do you not have a room for her? To the other nurse (the whole time I was in there they kept bringing people back to a room) the other nurse then says oh I forgot. So now I’m livid and say you know what I have to go I have somewhere to be in 30 mins anyways I will just reschedule to actually see my dr. The blonde “nurse” then proceeds to talk foul saying “well I had to be other places too today but you see I’m here wished I could just walk out myself.” I am beyond livid for a “nurse on duty” to run her mouth in this manner to an customer at this point that I just walk out after I reschedule for next week if I even come back. This place has become so unprofessional and “forgetful”.

To my knowledge, I have not heard of stitching folks up, however, I am confident they have someone on board trained and equipped to perform the task.

I am pretty sure there's no xray equipment available at the Lavergne office. If I'm correct, they send you out to get xrays.
