If I could give this place a zero I would. When I came to drop off a truck for repairs the guy Robbie was so rude not to me. But he received two calls while I was there and how he spoke to the customers was maybe the worst customer service I’ve ever heard. I tip toed in hopes not to get in his bad side since I really needed the truck back. I was supposed to get the truck back the next day but skip forward four day still no call about the truck so I call and they tell me it still isn’t done. I told them I had to have it for work today they put me on hold then came back to tell me they had already finished it and to come pick it up. It was a very unprofessional experience if I have a choice I will not deal with them again.

Bad for business these ppl lie and overcharge on rates. Ryder hired crooks at this location do not rent from them. You will be lied too and overcharged with a business account.

Dropped my truck off for a PM, alignment and to have my 5th wheel lever looked at. Was told everything was completed. Picked my truck up 2 days later. Alignment definitely was NOT done, truck drives exactly the same. From the time my truck was pulled into the garage and pulled back out and parked it was a total of 9 minutes! (My logs verify this) I dont have to be a mechanic to know the services I needed should take longer than 9 minutes. As an otr driver I dont have alot of time to take my truck in and when I do I expect Ryder to do their jobs. Employees were nice but nice doesnt take care of my truck! I would never recommend this Ryder!!
