Set up an appointment for an in person tour and got confirmation. Told them that since I was getting deployed soon I wouldn’t be moving in till I got back. The woman that worked at the desk just laughed and said that wasn’t possible since I was too far out. I understood but asked if we could still tour since we were scheduled. She laughed again and said it could only be a virtual tour. I’m assuming the staff have no idea what tours are scheduled throughout the day which doesn’t make sense at all considering they work there. My biggest issue was how unprofessional and careless the staff member I spoke to was. Now I understand the poor reviews.

I have lived here since 2017, and in the beginning it was not bad. Staff was great and maintenance responded quickly. When the Franklin Johnston Group took over, this place is horrible. Maintenance is always 2 weeks late responding and the excuse is they are doing priority calls first. We have had at least 5 priority calls, all were for flooding and they literally came two to three days later.we have had flooding through light fixtures, exhaust vents and even one AC. The elevators have been a problem and it's horrible to see my elderly neighbors struggling to get up the stairs with their groceries. I do love the size of these apartments and the separate laundry room for the 3 bedroom units. If I could say one thing to the company, DO NOT give your typical comment response to appease us, take seriously these comments because if current residents start telling people how bad this place is, it WILL hurt your bottom dollar.

The new management team led by Saundra made the leasing and move-in process seamless. After searching and touring other properties in the area Im glad I made the decision to live at Park Crescent. I decided to lease one of their newly renovated apartments and couldnt be happier with the clean modern finish. Compared to the other properties around the finishes and amenities here are on another level. For someone who excersizes frequently, having access to the large club style gym at my complex was something I could not get anywhere else. Im savin $50/month on a gym membership!!! I also love having the Lidl grocery store across the street!

Well I heard from one tenants that no longer live there that they had money on an apartment in three different times they tried to sell them in other apartments. So as long as they get their money they just try to maneuver and manage anyway they can to keep it

Well one bedroom was about 1200 because they don't tell you and they don't give you the bill until about 3 months into you living there next thing you know you owe I believe it was water or electricity 3 month bill. Then if you want to reference from then they tell you you're 3 months behind. Renting my mom in the garage and her one bedroom. We went to go dump the garbage and we see everything in her garage at the dump site. We open the garage and it's brand new stuff in there. And everything of my mom's was dumped. They are not organized, they are gossipy, they will cheat you in any way they can and finally they do not clean up anything. If you don't like insects or bugs you will be in a rude awakening if you come here paying $1,200 for one bedroom about 14 15 for two bedroom and that's included in the water and God only knows how much the three bedrooms are
