Buying all new appliances for new home build and wanted to support local shop. What a horrible choice! Ordered in November of 2021 a refrigerator, gas cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, double wall oven, washer and dryer. By June still had no idea when range hood and wall oven would be in, but had everything else. Canceled those and paid everything else off, and ordered wall oven from lowes and hood from internet. Got both within a couple weeks. House finally ready for appliances in August tried to setup delivery and found they never got dishwasher, no idea on delivery, and the washer is broke! What kind of place is this?? Trying to just get our money back completely as this is just a joke now, but of course they can't even figure this out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EVEN ENTERING THIS BUILDING!

My parents went here most of their lives as did other family members. I was buying something on consignment. 2 trips to the store. 4 phone calls. I show up today via card in hand only to be told I'll have to go back to celina and get cash. The manager comes up with "everyone is telling learning" . This I understand. Why isnt he watching those hes training to make sure they pass on the correct advice. Went to lowes. Spent more then I had wanted to. Wont be back. Sorry, I dont have the money to drive all over the state.

Can't say enough about the great service from Tracy's Appliances. Booked a refrigerator repair. Rick arrived on time, anticipated the problem and brought the part with him, had the repair done in 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable, and everyone was very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Tracy's Appliances.

Not friendly....rude...told us we wouldn't be able to buy appliances cause they had none and if ordered would be months to receive... .went elsewhere to shop and spent $$$$$ and got our appliances
