The maintenance staff here are amazing--always friendly, helpful and responsive. I want to especially brag on Tee. Tee really represents the staff well with with a kind hello or wave, in addition to "going the extra mile" to help residents out. She is a big part of the competent and caring service you can expect from Belmont.

I have lived here for about a 1.5 months now, and I am very happy with my decision to move here. 5 stars for office staff, maintenance, cleanliness, parking, location, price, quiet (other than the Tide - which I don't mind), and neighbors. Great location, gym across the street, walk to bars and restaurants, right next to the Elizabeth River Trail. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

The entire process from application to move-in and settling down has been absolutely phenomenal. Both Theresa and Kayla are incredibly kind, informative, and most importantly - patient! Theresa has been a great support, welcoming (encouraging, even) a barrage of questions as I navigated logistics and moving in, always answering honestly and never making me feel as though I was rushing or annoying her. Even though I have only been a tenant for a week, I feel like Theresa is a neighbor I have had for years as she smiles, waves, and says hi by name. The building is great, clean, quiet, and I feel safe at all times - and phenomenal location within walking (or lime scootering) distance to some great spots!
