The location is wonderful and the apartments are very nice. My unit has big closets and a really nice laundry room. The property is well maintained. It's a very pet friendly building.

We couldn't be more impressed with EBMA!!!! The view is MAGNIFICENT of course and the neighborhood is straight out of a rom-com movie, but aside from that the parking garage setup is so convenient, the apartments with granite tops look sleek, and the inside hallways/common areas are well maintained. You wouldn't know this place is dog-friendly unless you see a dog yourself. What you see in the photos is truly what you get. A special shoutout to Erica and Kaytlynn, they are on-site 6 out of 7 days a week during normal business hours. It's so helpful to have the same two managers who handle everything A-Z... from leasing to maintenance, to social events, etc they are the best of the best and publicly declare how much they love their jobs. So happy to be here!

East Beach is one of the nicest properties I have ever been to. The management team is amazing. Erica and Kaitlynn run the building like a well oiled machine. Everyone there is very friendly and they recently held a really nice party in the clubhouse for the tenants. Also, the views are spectacular. If you are looking for a wonderful place to live then East Beach Marina 🏖 is a great place for you!

Katylynn in the leasing office and building engineer Brandon made my move in very easy. My apartment was clean and looked great on move in day. So everything has begin great . My view of the marina is wonderful , and the sunsets are beautiful (just like Katylynn described). I like the short walk to the beach. A few days after I moved in the manager called me to make sure everything was good, this was a nice touch.
