The room was FILTHY!!! I wiped the walls down myself and the soot that was on the rag made me nauseous.. It was totally disgusting.... The location is perfect, it's right by the beach

Been here a couple of times, mostly because they usually have rooms and we love ocean view beach. This visit we had 3 roaches come out within the first 10 minutes. I don't like the service, he's a little rude coming off and they have a lot of rules. You also feel like your in jail with the back patios and balconies, no exits.. no guests or pets or anything. Its pretty pricey for "beachview" which is really just a large sand wall . its about 210 a night with taxes and all. especially for coming late at night and still being charged full price. They have full kitchen ,which is dirty ,everything was dirty and dusty. Our towels were all stained with who knows what. Shower head had pink mold and in the corners. Our tub was stopped up and the toilet splashed water out when flushing, alot of water. Even the air we had to turn down past 60 for it to get cold. The only new renovations is the main floor and everything else is dirty and run down. They need to pay more attention to detail. For all the money they charge they should invest in better rooms. it was pretty quiet. little loud neighbors but nothing too bad. Luckily I brought clorox wipes. we wiped everything down and yellow and dark brown on all surfaces.

Great little place by the bay its got great location and quiet. Fishing is awesome. Rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and kitchen to keep and cook CATCH OF THE DAY. POOL IS BIG AND KEPT CLEAN. KIDS WILL LOVE THIS LITTLE PLACE BY THE BAY. MANNY THE OWNER IS GOOD PERSON 👍 ITS NOT A NEW PLACE BEEN ON BAY FOR YEARS BUT ITS GREAT FOR STAY BY THE BAY I COME COUPLE TIMES A YEAR TO FISH RELAX ITS GOT THE PERFECT APMOSPHERE FOR LEAVING BIG CITY LIFE BEHIND.
