Freaking amazing lil shop that can assist you with just about any computer need. I went in to get a screw out from my MB 2012 and not only did he get it out he was able to assist with the tools I needed to get the job done myself. They don’t push you to buy or have them service you, and they encourage to do work on your own. Will be here again to start my FIRST PC build as they have all the items Amazon does but a better price that actually works. I love supporting local business and they deserve the clientele! Highly recommend

Wife had a problem with her computer and we went to this place and the guy there Robert handled it. He was hands on explaining every test he was doing and why he was doing it. Once he found out what the problem was he told us what needed to be done. Thanks Robert. Great job

Friendly, professional and fantastic service! I called P&P after months of trying to self-repair a problem with my laptop camera (even the manufacturer's tech support hadn't been able to help). P&P were awesome - they looked at my laptop within an hour of my first call to them. When it turned out to be an easily fixed issue (i.e. operator error), P&P quickly called to let me know so I could get back to work. Going above and beyond, they didn't even charge me (!!) when I would have happily paid to have the problem resolved. Definitely recommend.
