ALL NEW RENTERS PLEASE ASK FOR PARKING PASS for visitors as they DONT provide one unless you ask. Even if i guest is there for 5 minutes your Car WILL BE TOWED even if you run down to stop the thieving tow truck people from Improperly towing (he had the car hooked up wrong!!! And he car was turning with him as he drive away, he even stopped on his way to his lot and foxed it BEFORE he for caught!) you car. Park on back side street...which seems to be an OK spot for visitors to park. Which was told to me AFTER the fact. Yes! There is a sign about 24 parking decal needed but THIS...jus seems crazy. For 5 mins..and she tried to stop the guy before he even hooked the car up. They are ruthless on parking out here yal. Be CAREFUL! Especially if you cant afford to get your car out because we in a pandemic paying 5 a gallon of gas! A neighbors friend across the street called police on tow guy 2 hours later and THE COP MADE HIM PUT HER CAR DOWN!

Ms Kim works in the front office she was very helpful moving us in our new apartment in April. Sean and Greg work for the property they came in and fixed the stove the same day. They were very professional and didn’t make or leave a mess.

Just moved in a few months ago but I enjoy it here. The staff was very helpful. Ms.Kim really walked us through the process and made sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciate all her help.

I want to say that Oak Mt North apartments are a great community facility and are very nice and clean. Ms. Maria is the best very friendly and she gets things done she is very organize! The Staff is extremely professional and very helpful and organized. The entire neighborhood is ran very good By Lawson Companies. The staff on the Grounds are hardworking good people that take good care of all of their residents.
