The food is not great, but usually the service is awesome and the drinks are good. This is such a comfort place for us. I think because its always the same. We end up coming every few months when we want to relax and unwind somewhere comfortable.

We have visited this location a total of three times. The first time our food came out after an hour of waiting while someone who sat down way after us got their food after 10 minutes. The food was subpar and the fries were old. The second time the food came out in a timely manor but they forgot a major ingredient to my dish and the fries were yet again old. The third time, this last time, we had ordered a salmon and big mouth bites. First, my burgers weren't cooked all the way through. As they were being remade my partner took a few bites of his salmon and then peeled it apart to reveal that it to was also raw and slimy in the middle. The manager didn't bother to come over and just deducted it from the bill. We had to personally as for him. We then paid for the drinks we had and left. Being served uncooked and underdone food is not acceptable and we will not be returning to this location again.

My husband and I have went to this Norfolk Virginia location of Chili's multiple times now since last year. One of the reasons pertains to our enjoyment of the meal for 2 features that they have (the meal usually features one course for each person, one appetizer for both to share and a dessert. There are times when my husband enjoys getting the sirloin with broccoli and asparagus while I at times have enjoyed the sirloin corn on the cob and asparagus and the servers we get are friendly. The most recent food picture with this review is from a December 31st visit where my husband selected the sirloin broccoli and asparagus while I had the sirloin corn on the cob and asparagus.

We had a large group of 14 and they took very good care of us! Karima, our waitress made sure to get us drinks and food as quickly as she could. Kenneth, the manager made sure our experience was wonderful! Great staff, great food! Thanks Chili’s 🌶
