Eye roll…. So, I was in town and my dad was in the hospital and asked for me to get a hole plugged in his tire…. Literally takes 10 minutes tops. His tires are under warranty there therefore I can’t plug it myself. I asked the dude at the front desk if I can get it done real quick (under warranty) and he told me appointments were a week out. I asked if he could call around to the other stores and fit me in and he told me that I can do it myself. My dad has been a customer there for years…. That is not a sustainable business method. To me… they should try there best to help me; especially considering that 1, my dad is a loyal customer, 2, it’s a quick fix, 3, the front desk was slow

Took my car in for an alignment and free inspection with rotation. tires get rotated, alignment gets done. I'm told all my fluids are corrects and that my break pads are fine and in excellent condition . the very same night while driving i lose A front break caliper and just considered it a misfortune. i took My car back to get the work done. This is when i find out about my break caliper Missing, so i put The work on the credit card and get the oil change as well. This is 2 days after my oil change and now i have a knocking sound coming from the front of my vehicle that the mechanic says comes from having low oil. my oil levels were fine FOUR DAYS AGO WHICH WAS 2 DAYS BEFORE MY OIL CHANGE I DIDNT NEED. i had No problems with my vehicle outside of my alignment before these visits and will not be returning after this issue is handled.

I have been a customer at this very location for at least 15 years which is where I've chosen to purchase tires for ALL of my vehicles. I've rarely had any issues that wasn't handled however I have not had the best experience within the last year. The representatives are rude and very unprofessional and it appears that the management team has changed . On 7/27/21, I caught a flat tire, had my spare put on and I left my tire at this location for repair or a new tire since I had the warranty on the tire. I explained to the young lady that I could not come back until that Friday (7/30) due to my work obligations. Apparently, this location was short staffed so they planned to close early that day which I had no idea but it was apparent based upon the note on the door. There were no notes on my work order taken about what my expectations were once I arrived. The representative actually asked me if I was taking the tire which I was surprised to hear. What did she expect me to do with the tire? I explained to her the situation and she let me know that she was overwhelmed and had a busy day. Again, I tried to empathize with her but her attitude was dismissive and unacceptable. I am an understanding person so I felt like she just had a bad day until today (8/16/21) my son went up there to purchase tires for one of my vehicles. I had my son put me on speaker to consult with the representative since I was the one paying. I disagreed with the price which was a little high in comparison to what I've paid for tires previously and LAUREN walked away from my son. I then called the location myself to speak with her which I was told that she suddenly wasn't available so I spoke with another lady who identified herself as THE TIRE MANAGER and after I vented my frustration to her, she too became rude and unprofessional. At this point, I'm furious, disappointed, and frustrated. After being disrespected on so many levels as a customer and patronizing this business was not being appreciated, I have decided to forward my complaints to social media and your corporate headquarters as well as take my business elsewhere. It's sad that people are promoted and/or put in positions that they really aren't qualified for because neither of these individuals are equipped to handle customer complaints at all. If you are losing customers, check your staff because I'm quite sure they are the problem. Good luck with continuously increasing productivity at this location especially during this time (pandemic).
