Ordered the ribeye, medium rare, broccoli and mashed potatoes as the side. Also got the endless salad bar for beforehand. That was set up pretty nice but the Cucumbers either looked like they had been sitting out for a while or just not good quality but they were not appealing at all. When the meal came, to me it didn't look like there was a good (FULL) serving of broccoli. Other than that everything was good. My courteous waitress, Tanya, got me anything I needed and didn't let my drinks run out.

I took my sister, niece & nephew out for dinner and we had a good time. The food was nice and hot and everyone enjoyed their food. Our waitress, Skylee , was super nice and really took care of us. We will definitely be coming back

When did you do it take out order from Mother's Day.. When I arrived I only had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes or so for my order to complete. My order came out hot and fresh. I did notice they had a nice salad bar.. The atmosphere was cozy there was cozy and the restaurant was very clean. The staff were very friendly and had great customer service

By far one of the worst experience I have had in a restaurant. First it took like 15min just for our drinks to get out then the manager to our appetizer to the wrong table, then it took about another 40 to 50 minutes for mine and my boyfriend's food to get out to us and it wasn't even the right meal and the waitress tried to blame it on the kitchen saying they made the wrong thing even though she put in the wrong order. Then our girlfriends food came out and it all looked like it had been sitting there twice cooked and looking like garbage. And then she had to wait for us to get the right meal we ordered. And what made it even worse was the fact that the food that I ordered was absolutely depressing. It was by far the worst chicken parmesan I have ever had and I could make so much better. We ended up boxing up almost all of it and just taking it home. And at the end of the meal it came out to almost $100 and we were not paying it, for the terrible service, and terrible food. Thankfully the manager took care of it for us and told us not to worry. All in all we will definitely not be going back to that ruby Tuesday
