I have to agree with another review I had someone come out to my house this summer because I had a hum on the spa now I know what the normal hum sounds like I've had it for 3 years he came out I thought there was a piece of foam that belong to it he broke it in half Jarred it open and stuck it in there and chipped the panel I've never gotten a replacement panel I reached out to Steve on multiple multiple occasions here I am now four months later trying to get it closed and I can't even get a return phone call I don't know what happened the place used to be good not now

My wife and I ordered a hottub on 6/4/22 and told delivery would occur by end of July. When we completed the contract, guy said to add August as it may come early August the latest. I attempted to contact location multiple times mid august and was not successful. Wasn't until I contacted sales that someone picked up. I was then told my order was in route and I could expect my delivery within 10 days. 10 business days later, no hottub to be told that Liz was wrong and told sometime September. When asked to cancel, I was told they would keep my deposit as stated in the contract even though this is on the business end. I had to follow up again on 9/15 and was told my order was processed on 9/2, was in route, and could schedule delivery. Delivery was scheduled for today, September 22. No one called to confirm nor was someone going to call me with an update. After calling, leaving messages with both store and Steve, and emailing the sale woman Nya, Steve calls to say it wasnt on the truck and will check tomorrow. No one seems to know where my order is and it is approaching 4 months since I have ordered. Poor service once sale is made, do not trust what you are told, and do not expect any options to be provided to you or even the curtousy of someone in charge contacting you to make the sale a good experience. I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star if it wasnt required to share this horrible experience we continue to have. Buy else where.

Midia is knowledgable owner. Her staff is very nice. My service calls are attended accordingly. Recardo is very nice technician who knows his job. Steve is also very helpful. I will recommend any one who is interested in this product.

Update, 6 months later still no calls no replacement panels damaged by incorrect external cover install. Once u purchase from these guys u r on ur own!! Have contacted Tidalfit directly
