Appointments don’t matter. Usually understaffed. They started saving credit/debit card info. Patients can’t opt out. In the world of stolen identity, that’s atrocious! We’ll find a new walk-in.

Visited This location because it is closer to us but it was a horrible experience. I made an appointment since very early in the morning but that didn’t help at all. The girl at the front desk basically told me that all appointments are not considered urgent and that they are an urgent care so we have been sitting here for 1.5 hours and they let all their walk-ins prior to us because they were considered “urgent” meanwhile my daughter is very sick in the waiting room. Just because an appointment was made doesn’t mean it is less urgent. Their system doesn’t make any sense. If you guys want my advise don’t make an appointment and say it’s an emergency. Worst experience ever!!!!

Booked an appt 2 hours prior to my arrival. Still waiting an hour later. Glad i booked an appt for terrible service. Of course some auto response will comment on this saying they are sorry and concerned. Honestly they do not care. Wish there was a better option.

Horrible experience. Waited 2 hours in the car and when we finally saw a Doc, she had horrible bedside manners and gave wrong diagnosis.
