This place! I was recommended to visit Port 13 by a few friends of mine that had beautiful tattoos. It took a while but I finally made an appointment and I am so glad I went here! It was a beautiful tattoo experience. Everyone is nice and respectful which can be hard to find in an industry like this. I don’t write reviews, I seriously don’t, but you need to see this place if you’re a tattoo enthusiast! Please go check out these guys. My favorite place in all of Hampton Roads. Talented artists who always deliver top quality customer service. Front desk staff treats me respectfully and not like I'm wasting time asking questions. The atmosphere feels like old friends hanging out (but with top notch professional standards) with entertaining conversation and stories. Their flash specials are PHENOMENAL!! I have four tattoos from them and I'm not done. This shop is top notch and I will be back for more. Excellently run, highly recommended.
