we applied she denied us told us we were basically lying about receiving bah then told us after we had already paid the app fee that we owe 250 because we held the apartment when she definitely denied us dont go through the trouble they are unprofessional and dont want your service

The apartments themselves are okay and the location is great but the management company is the worst experience I've had in apartments. Multiple charges for features that don't actually exist (pest control fee when theres wasps nest all over the balconies and drain flies) and charges for features added mid lease that you have no say in like the trash service (which is nice in theory until they hit you with extra fees associated with it. Multiple security issues in terms of people who don't live here getting let into the building and mail getting broken into and stolen. Parking garage used by most residents also has several reports of vehicles being broken into.

Horrible place to live!!!!!!! My elderly great aunt who has one leg she got sick, the elevators were not working so the paramedics had to walk up three flights of stairs just to get her down. Then after the elevators were fix (AFTER THREE WEEKS!!!!!) the keyfobs stopped working, so you had to walk thru an alleyway and enter thru a back door to another elevator just to get to your floor. My great aunt pays to much money for rent just to have these problems. Something has to change.

I cannot say enough great things about this community. Andrew with the leasing office was so great to work with. He takes the time to get to know the residents and isn't rude and dismissive when you have a problem like most leasing agents are. Our neighbors and the maintenance staff were all very friendly. The apartments were built with quality. I miss this place!
