As someone who’s had constant upper back and neck pain for almost 10 years, I can attest to the power of effective physical therapy. I went to Wellness Medical Center when it became clear that my pain was getting worse and no amount of massages would make a difference long term. I am so glad I did! The improvement has been remarkable and I’m even sleeping so much better. The office is clean and welcoming and the staff is awesome. Highly recommend!!

They helped me get over terrible back pain that had me afraid to pick up something as light as a bag of groceries. Steven's approach was personalized and straight forward. There are no magic bullets for recovering from an injury, but Wellness took the time to understand the nature of my specific injury and built a plan based around my needs. I've been to enough cookie cutter physical therapists in the past to appreciate the tailored care that I received. Bonus points for the fact that Steven and his team are all a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Highly professional office! My physical therapy treatments helped a lot with my back problems related to a car accident. Staff is attentive and caring. Thank you Wellness :-)

I went there for an injury I had gotten in a car accident a year ago. The service is not very helpful the team tells you some poses to try on your own while your there along with a couple stretches. You pay to help yourself, honestly wasn't worth it. The only thing they actually did was apply a heating tool on my affected shoulder sometimes. Then having to go to the doctor every month a costly visit. The worst thing was being discharged before being healed which my arm still effects me today months later.

Any auto accident can lead to injuries. However, some car accidents are considered more dangerous than others. These dangerous car accidents often lead to severe or even fatal injuries. After suffering a severe injury in an auto accident, your life may end up changing in many ways.

Physical therapy can be helpful in treating just about any orthopedic injury or condition you can think of, including scoliosis, sports injuries, Parkinson’s disease, vertigo, and more. Physical therapists are trained medical experts when it comes to musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. They work closely with physicians to make sure that your treatment plan is as efficient and effective as possible. Rest assured, our therapists are well trained to evaluate and treat your condition. You are in good hands!
Although all patients are different, typically, the first session lasts for 1 hour 15 minutes. Each session after that may be 45-60 minutes. The amount of time will be based on your specific needs, and our therapist will discuss this with you. You will most likely see your therapist once or twice per week, to begin with, and as you progress through treatment, your sessions will be more spread out.
