My insurance covered it so not sure. You need to call to find out if they accept your insurance. Usually a routine eye exam is covered by most insurance. Some insurances only charge you for a co-payment about $20 to 30 dollars you may want to check around with the hospital's first. You need a routine eye exam first. Then you have to look around check around to see if and who your insurance covers for the lenses and the frames. Totally two different cost hope this helps
Depends on your insurance. Normally they are not completely free but a lot of it is covered.
