This is my favorite parking garage on the downtown side of Boston. They have 2 entry points that bring you to an underground garage with plenty of parking. It’s always clean and in good shape.

I don't drive go with Raj's answer. Only car charge place I know of is in near I think New Chardon in the Haymarket/North Station neighborhood near Cuppa Coffee. Sorry I couldn't be of any help.
