It was my first time visiting and I had a great experience. Once I was checked in and squared away, I was immediately seen by Dr. Bahn. She was very kind and thorough with my 5 year old's exam. She took care to answer all my questions and child's too, she has a very inquisitive nature. She was patient and respectful and I love that. Betty helped us up front and she was so sweet and also helpful. I highly recommend this hidden gem if you're shopping around for an optometrist.

Dr. Tran is so detailed oriented and attentive with her eye exams. Very patient with our entire family that our kids, 10 and 7, feel so comfortable and are extremely excited to get their eyes checked. You can’t say that about every doctor or let alone going into a doctor’s office without feeling anxious especially as kids. They can’t wait to see her and watch the hot air balloon on the screen when she checks their eyes. She gives them coloring pages and stickers to keep them entertained. From the front office staff to the doctor, the entire office is warm and welcoming. We felt safe as they require all their patients to wear masks to avoid COVID-19. We love their safety precautions and aren’t worried as we walked in. I would recommend anyone to visit Dr. Tran and keep her as their eye doctor. She has the biggest heart!

This is the best place to get your eyes checked or if you have any questions on your eyes. The doctor was very thorough in her examination of my eyes. I haven't got my eyes checked in a few years because I don't like going to any doctors. However, the process was pain free, starting with making an appointment and waited about 15 min in the front office on a Saturday morning. The actual examination took about 30-40 minutes and she also took the time to answer all the questions I had. The bonus is that I even got a nice pair of prescription sunglasses that is polarized, which made all the difference when there's glare. The only thing I would ask is to have more choices for those people that have flat nose like me.
