I usually don’t write bad reviews when they are busy, but this time I went in the morning and they only had few cars and they did a horrible job vacuuming again. It seems they didn’t even bother go to the back seat. I pointed that one of doors wasn’t opening but that’s an excuse not to vacuum. The other door opens!! The back seat has pet hair and dirt, and it still intact. Check your cars before you head out. Im sorry but I’m taking my business somewhere else.

Tried to take my parents van. Wanted to charge extra 10 for very light bug splatter on the front bumper...I asked if they could just run it through for the wash like the 100 other washes I have gotten there, nope. the main guy told me 'they' make me charge it. Would rather give that 10 in tip to the hard workers drying and cleaning the cars post wash. Figure out the right pricing and don't make stuff up

Usually I’m pretty happy with my car washes is here. I don’t know what happened this time. I got the luxury pack wash. When I got home I was getting out of the car and noticed that my front seats still had my dogs fur on them. My front windshield still had little branches from the trees. Next time I don’t care if I’m in a hurry or not. I’m going to check my car really good before I leave.
