This is an excellent location and a lot better than the one in Kennewick. Just the facts that this location has more selection in shoes for the whole family compared to the other location. Staffs are super friendly and will go the extra miles to order the pair of shoes that you like but doesn't have your shoes size, they will have them order for you to have it delivered to your home the next day.

I went in famous footwear because I was booked off the speed I was wearing!! Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted with what would seemed to have been a smiling face ( it's covid-19 so I couldn't really tell) and a cheery how can I help you... Of course my husband and I forgot or masks and thankfully they had some right up front! Anyway we both looked and of course found so many that we had to have! The selection is amazing! So many types and colors to choose from. My husband was able to find a a couple of pairs of shoes and the ladies were both so helpful. Whatever he wasn't able to locate they quickly looked on-line for. Also they have a new way to pay called the quad pay! I immediately signed up for it and I get to pay over time for our purchase! Thanks ladies for a great shopping experience! The store was very clean and organized. The shoes were all in order of sizes and as mentioned above had a great selection from sport to casual to working.

Friendly and helpful staff. That's about the only good thing I have to say about the Richland famous footwear. They were sadly understocked, with a lack of variety. It was by far the Dirtiest store I have ever been in.
