Horrible experience . DO NOT go here if you have any mental health issues. Kadlec does NOT care! Dr Hodges is a joke and totally written me off. I had a full video of the treatment and how I was treated of course they confiscated and deleted Seek treatment anywhere but here. Mental healthcare matters, but apparently not at Kadlec. Any news outlets want to reach out I will be happy to tell the whole story Sick sick sick place

I was treated very bad by the ER doctor and 2 nurses. She wouldn't listen to me to consult a doctor who had important information about me. I fell at home and had a head injury after being released that morning from a previous stay. ER doctor wanted to send me back home. After 2 hours of trying to find a ride home, the doctor came to me and said she spoke with another doctor and they wanted to keep me. She was very rude to me before that. Her nurses were also rude to me. Then, after being admitted, I was not given a call light button, it was out of reach. No water or food for over 6 hours. I was not on any n.p.r. I am diabetic and went a long time without food or water. When I needed to use a restroom, I needed a wheelchair and assistance. The aids had to track one down and at first claimed they didn't have any to be found. They expected me to be able to walk, which I couldn't. I had an allergic reaction to a food item while there and the nurse attendant didn't want to believe me. She took 15 minutes to get benadryl to me as I was struggling to breathe with a constricted airway. The day before I checked out, two aids decided I needed a shower at 2am. They moved me to another room after that. The room did not have a working heater and it was freezing cold. I was left in that room for 6 hours before I was finally moved to another room with a working heater. I decided to check out and take care of myself after that.

It saddens me that the nurses come into the room and see the patient is screaming with bone cancer pain and they say.... be quiet others can hear you. They laugh at her for having anxiety. Who do these nurses think they are. I get they are mad because they empty bedpans for a living. Please offer care to these sick people in pain. I would rather be seen by a vet. Remind me to not get sick in Kennewick, WA.

Been waiting for over a month to receive a call from these folks for a referral that was sent in from my main provider. FINALLY got a call back today after having left several messages. The person who called me, I could barely understand what she was saying. Her voice was crackily and it was weird. The only response they gave me was 'yea, we sent correspondence to your doctor on February 7th.' I asked, 'can you tell me what that correspondence was." And the response was, 'call your doctor.' The worse customer service, first of all. Second of all, it's important to have people who are calling patients be able to speak in a clear and concise manner. Absolutely ridiculous and will tell every person I know not to seek treatment from them.

Your doctor's office should have nurses or CNA's who you can talk to in place of the Dr.
If you don't have your pre-appointment instructions handy, arrive early & try checking in at the registration desk just inside the main entrance. They can tell you where to go.
Yes it is
